   Booking & Payment Policy

  • In case of extension of time, charges will be levied. Extension charges will be 5000/- per hour applicable if the booking is extended to the following day, subject to availability.
  • The hall is available for all types of social functions on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Hall can be booked on payment of 50% of the total amount and all applicable govt. taxes and levies, payable in advance to 'Pradhan Banquet Group/Sarabala Event Enterprises/Sabcheysasta Dot Com.'. The balance 50% shall be payable 30 days before the date of the scheduled function.

Booking Revision Fees

Rs. 10,000/- will be charged for any change/revision in booking dates, subject to availability, at the prevailing rates on that day.

Cancellation & Postponement Policy

  • No cancellation of booking is allowed. Postponement can only be requested at least 2 months prior to the event date. Requests made within 2 months of the occasion will not be entertained.
  • Postponed bookings can be rescheduled at any banquet of Pradhan Banquet Group, subject to availability.
  • If the client wishes to postpone the event instead of cancelling, the new date must be selected within one year from the originally booked date. An additional charge of ₹10,000 will be applicable for postponement.
  • For postponement, the booking will be confirmed only after full payment is made as per the prevailing rates applicable on the new date.
  • In case of cancellation due to unforeseen natural causes, no refund will be provided. However, the client may reschedule the event within one year from the original booking date, subject to venue availability.

Usage Rules

  •  
    • All articles, furniture, and fixtures must be used with proper care and caution and handed over to the Company representative in good condition before vacating the Hall.
    • The User must inspect the premises along with a Company representative before taking possession. The premises must be vacated in the same condition as received. Any damage or discrepancy will be charged as determined by Pradhan Banquet Group.
    • The designated kitchen area shall be used only for cooking with gas cylinders. Use of coal, wood, electric heaters, or similar items is strictly prohibited. The lift cannot be used for carrying any goods.
    • Consumption of alcohol or intoxicating items, smoking, and creating public nuisance inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
    • No live food counters are allowed inside the building.
    • If alcohol is to be served, the User must obtain all necessary Government permissions at their own cost and submit the original approvals to Pradhan Banquet Group before the event.
    • Spitting paan or gutkha is strictly prohibited. Any such act will attract a penalty of ₹5,000.
    • Loudspeakers, vocal performances, or orchestras must comply with the Sound Pollution Rules of the Government of West Bengal. Permission for copyrighted music must be obtained and submitted 24 hours prior to the event.
    • Use of crackers or fireworks anywhere inside or around the premises is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate stoppage of the event and reporting to the concerned authorities.
    • Only empanelled vendors (Florist, Decorator, Electrician, Sound System, DJ, Cold Fire, Smoke, Sanai, etc.) are allowed. Outside vendors are not permitted. Sound systems cannot be used outside the building.
    • Noise related to bands, DJ, Barat, or similar activities is strictly prohibited outside the venue premises to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
    • Decoration packages include the latest yearly upgraded designs with artificial flowers only. Any customization will incur additional charges.
    • The User is responsible for proper disposal and removal of all waste and garbage generated by their vendors. Appropriate bins must be used until disposal.
    • Vendor personnel are not allowed to stay inside the premises after 12:00 midnight.
    • All vendor materials must be removed from the premises before 12:00 midnight on the day of the function.
    • Pradhan Banquet Group shall not be responsible for any theft, loss, burglary, or any untoward incident.
    • The lift is strictly for guest movement only and cannot be used for transporting materials.
    • All decorations must be installed using self-standing structures or provided hooks. Use of nails, glue, or any material that may damage the walls is strictly prohibited.
    • Electricity charges are included in the package. Air-conditioning will operate for 6 hours only. Additional usage will be charged at ₹3,000 per hour. During power failure, lights, fans, and lifts will operate, but air-conditioners will not function.
    • The User shall indemnify the Company against any penalties, damages, or legal costs arising from violation of rules, including sound pollution, music permissions, liquor licensing, or any related statutory requirements.

Force Majeure

While every effort is made to ensure smooth functioning, the Company will have no liability whatsoever in the event of inconvenience, damage, loss or injury faced by any User or User's vendors, guests, invitees or associates, owing to situations beyond Pradhan Banquet Group control, including rains, storms, floods, riots, acts of violence, motivated damage, theft, war, natural calamities or other acts of God. Pradhan Banquet Group reserves the Right of Cancellation of booking at any time due to unavoidable circumstances. This time 100% advance amount will be refunded.
